Tidewater Soaring Society is a member owned and operated club located in Southeastern Virginia. TSS is affiliated with the Soaring Society of America.
General Info:
TSS operates from Garner Gliderport (3VA8) on weekends and on some weekdays year round.
TSS is open to new members year round. The club owns six sailplanes which are available to club members. The club also owns two tow planes. Flight instruction is free to members.
Operations begin at 9:00 AM and last until dusk. Launches are by aero-tow only. The radio frequency used is 123.3
